Man Who Made My Soul Poem by Kanu Jaswal

Man Who Made My Soul

I met a traveller once,
From an ancient land,
Though I had my reasons,
But he said it was by chance.

I gazed into his eyes,
only to realize,
i died a platina ago,
I have nowhere to go.

I asked him who he was,
He said god was his friend,
I wanted to leave at last,
but time had come to an end.

He took me through his hand,
With a euphoria I went inside,
I was flying where I use to stand,
I had no place to hide.

He gave me a broken smile,
I was scared but I felt whole,
And opened a curtained door,
I had met the man who made my soul.
