Mankind Is Going To Be
MANKIND IS GOING TO BE
Mankind is going to be
Like Moshe at the feet of Rabbi Akiva
Unable to understand
The interpretations of his own teachings.
Aeons from now
Our heirs will have minds well beyond our own-
And we will sit there dumb,
Waiting for God to connect us
To what we never knew we would become.
And to we never dreamed to be.
