Manor Hill Poem by Apurva Prabhudesai

Manor Hill

Centuries past
People long gone
The manor on the hill
Has stood through it all.
The rooms are now quiet,
The walls, still strong and tall
The stories they tell
The secrets they hide,
No one will really know now.
The gardens are lush green,
The rabbits and deer
Still visit as they always have.
For life goes on here
Though it's forgotten by man.
