As a child
Building castles in the air
Was a favourite game

There's a girl on the street
A child, not more than five
Her feet are bare, clothes a ragged affair,
And her hair unkempt.

How do you read people's faces?
Know how many masks they wear?
What's going on in their minds?
Know what's wrong?
...

I remember,
when you were small,
Used to pick you up,
When you would fall.

When the sun shines in the East
There's something that cannot be missed.
Golden days and moonlit nights,
Picnics on hills and parties at night.

Thinking too much,
Thinking for long,
Can't go on,
Just have to stop.
