Margaret Poem by Saint Eule

Margaret

Oh! Lilly of the valley
whose croissant like leaves give refuge
to the morning dew in faith.

Oh! Lilly of the valley
whose soft white petals reach for the light
in the midday and capture the falling rain in hope.

Oh! Lilly of the valley
in life's meadow catches the evening mist-
heal our sorrows.

Oh! Lilly of the valley
collect our tears and embrace our friend
Margaret.
to bloom again in heaven with you Lord.
