Our Marley Rae is like a pot of gold
Who'll soon grow up to be wise and bold
She's like a box of your candies and chocolate
Once you'll meet her she becomes your favorite
She's cute and adorable like most babies
She loves to sleep and loves to play
She loves to swim our Marley Rae
The bundlle of joy of her mom and dad
The first in the family they ever had
For to grow up in a world full of great uncertainty
Is to answer each question when given the opportunity
The first step you will take you shall risk the fall
The first word you'll say who's name you shall call
Don't be in a hurry to grow up my little one
For childhood is so short it will all be gone
You're the shining diamond in our treasure chest
For you in this world we only want the best
Oh! Marley Rae our purple star
We love you wherever you are
