Marriage Vows Poem by Joshua Swanson

Marriage Vows

There are some things about me that are hidden,
Sone things that I will never, ever tell.
The thoughts that in the night arise unbidden,
From the darkest silence of my souls deep well.

There are some things that I can never say,
Things that I cannot ever let you know,
Although I hope that you can find a way,
To love me even so.

For I take thee with all my heart,
And every breath and bone,
I cannot bear to be apart,
I cannot stay alone.

And now I've found the one for whome
I've searched for all my life,
Please say that you will stay with me,
As soulmate, and as wife.
