Massacre Of Unliving Poem by Demen ...

Massacre Of Unliving

Rating: 5.0

[Poet note: this is taken from two different perspectives if you dont understand ^^]

The light was shining, a gloomy glow
The night was deep, the time was slow.
A lonely figure traversed the land,
Unrestricted by the untimely time sands,
Moving on the dark haunting the town.
The darkest of things was about to go down.

The lights were flashing, the town was alive
Flustering around like a honey-bee hive.
They ran back and forth,10 men at a time
Nobody should be late, they must be on time

The landscape was dark, the figure of doom
Not one did there stand, but now there were two.
Lonely and disfigured, together they spoke
An arguement torn, about what they want most.

The tables were set, the candles were dim
All the people sat in await for the final hymn.
They sat there in silence, nobody made noise.
The children stay still, the toys were left bored.

The march had begun, six men, no now ten
An army of darkness, mere shadows of men
They march to the light, their task was well known
The hunt was beginning, their blades being honed.

The town was in peril, they were going to die
Running away from the devils with knives
The people were scared, there was nowhere to hide
The slaughter was ended, no one survived.

The night ran on deep, the sky coated red.
These monstrous forms feasted amongst the dead
Arguements roared over who claimed what loot
Yet eternally hungry, the undead would be
Hunting the living, just like you and like me
