Maybe I’m Just A Sinner Poem by Lorene Kinsey

Maybe I’m Just A Sinner

Maybe I’m just a sinner
Or a little bit confused
To think that God has given me
Buttons I am not supposed to use.
Can’t help but feel frustrated when
A man gets what he wants,
Then leaves a woman’s passion to
Subdue when palpitations taunt.
God, I look for answers, but
None are crystal clear.
Men are here to lead and procreate
And women to serve and share.
I’m having another one of these days
That put my head into my hands.
Why does my mind and body crave
What my Bible says I can’t?
