Maybe I Went Poem by Amer Jag

Maybe I Went

Maybe I went
wrong way, far away
pushed by some wrong winds
maybe I went
away.

There, far away
where I went, no wind
was strong enough
to blow you out of my chests,
maybe I went
wrong way, indeed.

Now, when my paths
have been erased by so many dawns
no trace was left of our belonging,
but these verses, written for eternity
to admire you.

Maybe I went
far away, wrong way
pushed by strange, silent
winds.
