Coming out of my sleep
Of the past, and future dreams;
Here I stand in the spotlight of future
That shines in its glory.

Here I stand in solitude
And forward I walk, helpless with problems,
But I do know for certain, the way to live merrily
Is to put my belief in me.

With the whole world at my disposal
I realize I'm standing alone
And though I'm in need of someone; I am assured;
That the path of life goes lively
With a little faith in myself.

All my life's complications; I realize;
Don't matter at all;
When I put a little thought, and understand it
With a heart of patience and trust in
My own weapon of life - and that's
ME.
