Jesus was crucified
for sake of humanity.
He suffered pain to make you happy.
Jesus was born
And we celebrate Christmas.
When we decorate our house.
Just look at the corner of your street.
There may be utter silence in the end of the street.
When we light our house with neons and candles.
Just look at the darkness in the corner of the street.
There may be sad widow of the army man in the last house.
There may be small children crying with hunger somewhere.
We play music and carols and praise the god.
We unsee the tiny bird chanting in your window.
The bird who is in real need of shelter and help.
We give and take gifts from people of parallel society.
We share cakes and chocolates with friends and relatives.
Just look at poor, orphans, needy, ignored, lonely, old people.
Do they need to be searched by you for gifts and cakes.
If you light yourself, just feel the pain of darkness near you.
The more you share, help, heal and celebrate with the needy.
The more you come close to Jesus.
Let us enjoy Christmas with those who cannot enjoy Christmas.
