MEANINGS

Those tears in blind eyes
when over the lands nothing could be seen
so these awaited light in trauma
and dust rolled on paths
like red carpet to extend a welcome.

It appeared like a noisy rhyme
demanding sarcouses, words and sounds
to create a meaning out of dreams
so that it could be touched and tasted.

It rained without clouds
when the sky was angry, hot and dusty
and water flowed in streams
that surged towards sky
in utter confusion and Godly sadness.

Such a creation is feeling upset now
for it has lost eupepsy
that gives stout poise and wisdom
to tolerate a life and an existence.

For when one searches for words
their sounds and meanings are noiseless
everything calms down and drops still
it out-shadows the vivid clairvoyance
no taste and roots in this tree
born without a pyrene
but all remiss and nearing end.

In silent valleys
sickly I decipher like Isis
the meaning of singing waves
flowing waters down some Nile
when silvery clouds float like torrents
and a prayer is said to the Lady of Light.
