Meeting Ogy Poem by danno neil

Meeting Ogy

I was dared to sit beside her,
Having no idea that one would lead to another,

Thinking she had left, I sent her my regards,
But she was still around and caught me off guard,

I tried to get close to her but she had a company,
A middle-aged female whom I thought is her mummy,

Later she approached me and asked for my number,
But it was only meant for a friend of her,

Then I saw her alone sitting on d stands,
I climbed to her thinking I won't let go of this chance,

We broke the ice and had a nice chatter,
Till suddenly I got a leg cramp as if I was pulling a lame old tricker,

It was the day that we first met,
And it was the day that I won't ever forget.
