Meliorism Poem by Mohammad Yousef

Meliorism

By Mohammad A.Yousef

In the stillness of morning light,
we rise,
hearts full of dreams,
armed with kindness,
tools made from laughter,
creativity sparking like wildflowers
in a sunlit field.

Here, in this shared space,
we gather thoughts and hopes,
threads of golden imagination,
the belief etched deep within us,
that every small act
can ripple through time,
like echoes whispering
in a quiet woods.

Look, the world sings,
with every color,
every sound,
every heartbeat,
there's a promise hiding,
waiting for gentle hands
to shape it,
to mold our ideas
into something real,
to lift the weights of fear
with notes of joy.

If we write stories,
paint our truths across the canvas—
brush strokes of compassion,
daring verses of change,
weaving tales of unity,
and love that does not wane
in the face of darkness.

Each smile a spark,
each tear a lesson,
the roots of connection
spreading wide beneath us,
reminding us—
we are together in this journey,
tracing paths toward the stars,
learning from every stumble
and rising,
always rising.

With fire in our bellies,
we shake the dust from our dreams,
gather them close,
breathe life into visions,
reminding ourselves
that hope is not a dream,
but a sturdy bridge
we build with our hands.

So let us believe,
in the symphony of voices—
young and old, bold and soft,
each note a promise
that tomorrow can be brighter,
that through love,
we can unravel the threads of fear
and spin a tapestry of change.

Weaving every whisper,
every shout,
into the fabric of now,
we are the hands
of this ever-growing story,
turning moments into movements
with each stride we take.

And when the world feels heavy,
we will remind each other,
that change, big or small,
is not out of reach,
it stretches out before us,
a path illuminated,
by the warmth of
meliorism,
our belief that together,
we can rise,
we can heal,
we can be the spark
the world longs for.
