Memories Poem by Caitlyn Cheverie

Memories

In my head, always in my head
Stuck like a bird in a cage
Rattling and running in my head
Always in my head

Never ceasing, never stopping
Like a river of lava
Flowing threw my head
Unmemorable

Never leaving always going to be here
Always thinking,
Done way too much
Have a whole life left to fill

My head is full, there all in my head
17 years worth
Always going to be there
Until one day they are all gone.
