Memories Poem by Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Memories

Thinking about that and this
Just thinking about our first kiss
So magical and special
Magnificent and terrific, don’t you think?
But isn’t it ironic how we are so grown up now?
It’s amazing how everything can change in just one blink

I remember us holding hands in the park
We would play hide and seek until dawn
You are still a part of my heart
Us always playing chess with the pawns
Going down the slides, and running in the grass
Swinging side by side
How can all time go by so fast?
Our personalities may change, but the memories will remain the same
