Memories Poem by Alex Cain

Memories

</>Memories of our childhoods,
Memories of our life's,
I never thought I could,
Remember all of the times we had.

My first kiss with you,
And I thought you were the one.
As morning doves coo,
Each and every morning.

The chocolate that you left me,
Tasted so sweet.
I gave you the key,
The key to my heart.

I wish I had a nickel,
For all the times that you lied.
As the blood had trickled,
Out of my heart.

Your gone now and forever,
I hope I never have to see your eyes,
I thought you'd never sever,
The heart you said was beautiful.

Now I hope our memories,
Never come back to me.
Memories of our family's,
Memories of my dreams.
