Staring out the window and looking at the sky
Revisiting memories of days gone by
Holding back tears, trying hard not to cry
Remembering that faithful day you said goodbye
Each day I long to touch your face
To drown once more in your embrace
I'd give anything to once again feel your kiss
To see you smile and hear you laugh will be sweet bliss
Memories of you linger, bringing tears to my eyes
I let them fall, wishing you'll come back and wipe them dry
