Memories Of Old Poem by Kay Jaxson

Memories Of Old

Rating: 5.0

Although the night seemed silent, cold wind brought whispers from afar,
Memories of old light up the sky as glowing stars,

Silently he stood there looking up into the heavens,
Knots grow in his stomach as he thinks of lost possessions,

The silent night continues on till its brought down by dawn,
But by the time the sun shines high, he surely will be gone.
