Mers, Mersedes Poem by 'Merse' Mersedes III

Mers, Mersedes

I love you so much
God can count to how much
I really can’t leave you
I hope you feel the same, but you sadly don’t
You have someone to care for, and a little boy
This though brings me to tears, I can not joy
I am so sad but for some reason I no longer heed you no more
I do seek you but the darkness keeps us apart
The day light is a long way, and my glass heart should break
Because we were never meant to be
You are so old and I, so young.
Another sign that I cannot keep what isn’t mine
This area is of limits to my small little self
Mers, Mercedes, but she went away
She went into hiding away from him
She is now so afraid to even talk to him
She cries her life across to the fact
That she no longer loves him
That is so sad, tragically she got heart broken
