Midnight Walk Poem by Lauren

Midnight Walk

Midnight Walk

I'm going on a midnight walk
Trying to remember all the times we've talked
Along with every game we played
Although now I'm alone in the dark and afraid

On my midnight stroll
The loss of you begins to take it's toll
Something's shining down on me bright
The moon's looking out for me on me tonight

Dark yet light on my midnight hike
I have grown to have your dislikes
You've taught me what I know today
Thank you for brightening my pathway
