Mighty Culebra Poem by Bill Grace

Mighty Culebra

Mighty Culebra's traffic roars along
here its roar denied, I sing its song,
sheltered where fruit and ice cream flow.
I seek the words to capture what is felt,
much more than a light switch God,
in a world I can not help but name as dark.
