Mind Is Disturbed Poem by Sameer Ahsan

Mind Is Disturbed

It happened the way too worst-
Almost the night I have been awoke
By reminiscences of some time past
Looking at dimming stars, drooping moon in aghast!
Till three quarters night passed!
Tossing, turning and at last,
Fell asleep, did not know when?
And by her subtlest approach she came
In my dreams when in arm of little relief
So, could hardly differentiate her's visit a bliss!
But she be a drama queen; played with my emotions again
And turned me momentarily insane!
And from the sleep; when I should feel free and fresh
I found my self gripped in the similar last night mess.
