Mirror Poem by Sajid Merchant

Mirror

Rating: 4.0

A mirror shows a feigned facade at best,
the truth is hidden from the rest,

Only if there could be a mirror,
which could show the real and not the mere.

men wouldn't face the mirror, out of fear
lest to be 'fraid, satan inside would appear.

men wouldn't face the mirror, out of fear lest to be 'fraid, satan inside would appear a significant line. wouldn't face the mirror could mean, not looking at ones own faults, coz if people do look at there own selves the evil of their own actions would be visible to them thanks for sharing

absolutely correct. such a mirror will drive pople away from it. we relish living in a facade and apply facials to conceal wrinkles. Narayanan
