Mirror Poem by Nick Jordan.

Mirror

I look into the mirror,
Not for the sake of my vanity,
Can't see my reflection,
All I can see is insanity,
Keep telling myself I'm ok
But that's not what I see,
All I see is a broken man
That stares straight back at me.

Help me find who I need to be,
Take me there so I can be free,
I only wish it was me who was singing,
Take me right back to my beginning.

I'd like to look into the future,
If only I could see a little clearer,
For the sake of the here and now,
I'd need to bring my past a little nearer,
You keep telling me I'm ok
But that's not what I see,
All I see's an outspoken man,
That questions his own integrity...
