Mirror Of Morning - Poem by Terry halvorson

gentle ocean breeze
soothing calm relaxing
it takes me to my knees
I lose power to control
the bottled up emotions
riping away at my soul
I watch as the sunset goes
and wait for a new day
hoping the paste
will one day fade away
although it has made me
who I am today
I can change
but can not control my fate
