Miss My Beloved Parents Poem by Felix Emeka George

Miss My Beloved Parents

In remembering my beloved parents today (August 9)

Still like a dream, but it really
Exactly this day I lost both of you
Within a year when I was just a student
You both lied and embroidery
The mother earth your clothes.
You left us in this sinful earth,
And it has not been easy. I still mourn
And I wish to get the pain off my heart
I realized they are dead but still
Living in my heart thus getting them out of
My heart is as not possible a thought for me.
You know I and my siblings love you always
We really missed you, but life goes on
Because we are all for the grave. Adiue!
