Poem by Olivia Capulet

I look in the mirror
And you are missing
I knew you’d never last
But there is something
Beyond this vision
You’re screaming beyond the glass

I smile just once
And you are missing
I knew you’d never win
But there’s something else
Only I see
This smile is an ugly thing

I reach for myself
I’m missing
And I scream as I fall through
For underneath this
No one is real but you.
