I woke up this morning
You were on my mind
I couldn't think about you
And not start crying
It's been three years
And still I grieve
I miss you sweetheart
Why did you leave
I know you weren't happy
But I don't know why
Did I treat you badly
I wanted to die
I still don't know why
You were my sunshine
You were my sky
Did you have to leave
So goodbye, so goodbye
