Mitch Snyder Poem by Saiom Shriver

Mitch Snyder

His heart is
a hotel
open 24 hours,
taking in all
trying to climb
out of hotel.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Mitch was a thorn in
the Reagan administration
side for focusing through a
variety of brilliant events on the
plight of the homeless in
Washington DC He had left
the emptiness of a Madison Avenue
advertising career to found
the Community For
Creative Nonviolence, CCNV.
