Mixed Emotion Poem by Wolkine Stany

I can say that I'm glad
I can also say that I'm sad
Leaving friends and family behind
Dealing with so much on my mind
Young and aiming for success
But through it all facing a lot of stress
Excited about the money I'm about to make
Disappointed that I can't share it with a love mate
The good thing is I'm starting a career
The bad thing is I will be shedding tears
Leaving the church behind will be hard
Each member has a place in my heart
To many new people I will gladly say 'hi'
But to the ones I know and love, I will sadly be saying 'bye'
To sum it all up, I have mixed emotions!
