Mocking Bird Poem by Shylah Clarissa Turcotte

Mocking Bird

Hush little emo,
Don’t shed a tear.
He’s gonna buy you one more beer.
If that beer don’t kill you now.
He’s gonna buy you another vow.
If he breaks that vow again,
He’s gonna buy you a new den.
If that den ain’t cold and dark,
He’s gonna buy you a dead, wet shark.
If that shark ain’t badly tortured,
He’s gonna buy you a mocking bird.
If that mocking bird don’t scream,
He’s gonna buy you a moonbeam.
If that moonbeam don’t shine,
He’s gonna kill this little rhyme.
