I think of you and all you went through
And wonder where was I
I wish I could say
I was by your side all the way
But that would be a lie
But now I need to know
You know how much I love you true
And I will always care much more than you will ever know
Forever my love is true
I ask forgiveness for the past and happiness for the days to come
And mom remember you have a friend
It took some time for me to grow
But that is what I've done
