Obstacles and waves will come,
some will pull you deep,
but a little time for reflection
may be all you need.

Think of happy things,
precious moments, hold them close,
the laughter and the memories,
the ones that matter most.

When doubts become the questions
and answers don't come through,
take the quiet moments
quiet time is what you need.

Take the quiet moments,
let the noise drift away,
sometimes a little reflection
is enough to face the day.
