Moments Of Contemplation. Poem by Michael Cochrane

Looking upon the sky of light clouds and the flight of birds in my garden.
I contemplate nature and the restoring feeling of being.
The spread of the trees reaching out and the many colours of the tulips.
A small bird is singing in the background the wind breezes and the bees go in and out each flower, beauty is to be found if we just sit and enjoy the rest and switch off from the busy world.
