Mona Lisa Poem by Shane Engisch

Mona Lisa

Oh so many mysteries
You, you want another life just to try,
To keep up with all there is to wake up inside the mind
How much time can you spend?
Seeking out, maintaining reticence
In and out. Harmonic, higher sense
Symbols come across and wind
Getting lost in blame's device

An immortal face
I see as this place
brings us all together and we come alive
Possibilities
come increase the need
fuel the fire necessary for this wild ride
Oh, you know where you want to go
The harder it is the better it is
To stand strong with unbroken hope
After all that you've been through

All of the answers are right in front of me
All of the answers are right in front of me
You can't hide away the truth

Lay the judgement's blade
down on the floor
If we open wide
We can touch the sky without the doubt inside our ways
Contemplate the humankind's direction
Read between lines of every public gesture
Eliminate the useless information
it conceals the light upon the infinite wonders
Symbols come across and wind
Getting lost in blame's device

An immortal face
I see as this place
brings us all together and we come alive
Possibilities
come increase the need
fuel the fire necessary for this wild ride
Oh, you know where you want to go
The harder it is the better it is
To stand strong with unbroken hope
After all that you've been through

And as we question every single night
listen to the voices, they are yours for a right
All of the answers are right in front of me
All of the wonders are here to set you free
You can't hide away the truth
