Monosyllables May Serve Poem by Ananta Madhavan

Monosyllables May Serve

The more you do,
The less is done.

Go, went, gone
Do, din, down

Hip, hop, hope
Write, hype, tripe

Poem, prim, prime
Rome, ram, rhyme

Try, travail, trivia
Live, love, leave
