Moonbeams Poem by Reynaldo Casison

Moonbeams

Rating: 5.0

The willow tree
Is petal strewn,

The willow tree is petal strewn
The willow tree is petal strewn
With her love

And she's dancing under the moon,
And she's dancing with the moon

Moonbeams on her dress,
Paints the night

Waves flow with delight,
Waves flow with her delights

She's lovely,
She's lovely to everyone,
She's lovely to everyone

Windswept hem,
Mascara eyelashes
Moonbeams on her dress,
Paints the night

The willow tree
Is petal strewn, the willow tree
Is petal strewn,
And she's dancing with the moon,
And she's dancing under the moon

She's lovely,
She's lovely,
Shes lovely to everyone,
She's lovely to everyone
She's lovely to everyone,
Those with the blues,
And those aglow
