Moonlight Serenade Poem by Kingsley Eke

Moonlight Serenade

Silver moonbeams dance upon the sea
A gentle serenade, for you and me
The night's soft whisper, a lullaby sweet
As the moon's pale light, our hearts does greet

The stars up above, a twinkling show
A celestial display, in a gentle glow
The world is hushed, in a peaceful sleep
As the moon's soft light, our souls does keep

In this quiet hour, I'll serenade you
With a love song, pure and true
My heart beats fast, my soul feels alive
In the moon's silver light, our love will thrive

The waves caress the shore, a soothing melody
As the moon's gentle beams, our love does set free
In this enchanted night, our hearts entwine
Forever bound, in a love so divine

So let us sway, to the moon's gentle rhyme
And let our love, be the melody that's mine
In the moonlight's serenade, we'll find our way
To a love that's timeless, come what may

In the stillness of the night, our love will shine
A beacon bright, that forever will be mine
And as the moon reaches high, in the midnight sky
Our love will soar, and never say goodbye.
