Morgue Experience Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Morgue Experience

I am a dead man walking,
Do you know it?
After visiting the morgue
And searching the body in the chambers
Felt I as thus.

Strange it is I too a thing of the morgue
Knocking at the door of the haunted house
To find the other man's dead body,
The police investigating the investigationless matter more
And the autopsy taking time, delaying the process
As the body is not as we think it about,
It is but clay's body, leather, rotting leather.
