Morphine Induced Murmurings
It was now becoming difficult
For him to try to speak.
His oncestrong verbal skills
Had now become so weak.
He used to speak with relish
Made so may others smile.
Whilst his words of wisdom
Had many others beguiled.
The morphine induced murmurings
Trapped the words within his mind.
Now trying to select words to say
They becamewords that he could not find
