Ice caps taunt the Captain's winter jaunt
but just like an overdose of Rocky Road,
eventually it all results in brain freeze;
rapid waves rear the white jagged wingtips,
the kind that rip and tear through canvass
of sailboats; Mother Nature doesent care-
about you, about me, so long as she dares
to mock God's Holy Spirit...as masquerade,
blowing flocks of seagulls in sacrilegious folly-
through the sky, hoping one looks like a Dove;
foolish matriarch of seasons, did you think
you could fool faithful seamen just like this?
Mother Nature, you must be the devils advocate!
