Mother's Day Poem by James Tyler

Mother's Day

Rating: 5.0

For mothers day this year,
I really wanted to make you cheer.
This is the result of all you do,
And never ceasing to make it through.

Words can’t describe the love I have
For you, my mother, my super half.
Nothing I could buy could ever express,
This love is far too much and is the best.

Everything you do for me is one less thing for you,
And that’s a lot with all the things you do.
Cook, Chauffer, My comedic audience,
Whenever we’re together, there’s hardly a silence.

My thanks is my life, I don’t say it enough
Because of you, I move on when the going gets tough.
You make up a part of me that no one else could fill,
Even if that person could make time stand still.

You are always there, ready to lend a hand,
You are there to catch me if I fail to land.
You are my company when I have none,
You are my friend, my mother, my one
