I was the child
who got raped
I was the child
that held it all in
I was the child
giving a dirty slate
I was the child
given this sin
I am the child
who told a friend
I am the child

I am the child
with a fresh start
I am the child
forgiveness in my heart
I am the child
my Love will show
I am the child
who has let this go.
