' Mothers.....' Poem by Shondrika Anderson Williams

To every woman in this world, I wish a Happy Mother's Day.
We as women, young or seasoned should be proud of what we stand for in every way.
We with the help of God and His creations for us bare precious gifts to this world.
Unique little blessings formed sexually as a boy or girl.
Proudly as mothers we stand in many stats, married, committed, and single too.
Fully determined to raise and teach our babies properly the ways of life and with faith and belief in our savior to see them through.
There are several women who aren't biological mothers who've helped raise many.
Today is your day also because the love of a mother figure is as good as any.
Be proud of your accomplishments though your work is never done.
We must always be ready and willing to be their sunshine when all their rain is done.
We as mothers mean more than we will ever understand.
Though Eve disobeyed God decaded ago, He still blessed us in several ways so to Him we give praise and thanks and as proud women we stand.
