Motionless Poem by Shay Mitchell

Motionless

i sit in silence,
and dream of my solace.
i look around me,
but don't really see.
my mind is numb,
because i'm so glum.
my heart is still,
with this hopeless bill.
it seems so pointless,
because he holds me motionless.
i can't stop thinking of him,
and how my life used to be so dim.
my life has color,
after all the palor.
he seems to be,
the only one i see.
i try so hard,
not to become a discard.
for he holds my heart,
with so much art.
