Mountain High Poem by Sandra Jeanne Myers

Mountain High

Wild flower swaying to and fro
Dancing in the wind
Un-attainable-Growing so high
Upon the mountains side
Oh: how my heart does reach for thee
Your music sends me notes
Your color is a sensual delight
Your beauty pours itself
Into the depth of my being
Oh: how my heart does reach for thee
Watching you, in a panoramic view
Day do not touch me
Nights do not end
Stars-they eternally shine
Wild flower my soul
Is sitting in my eyes
I am indeed
A priviledged beholder.
