Mountainous Horizon Poem by Mitchell Greenwood

Mountainous Horizon

Rating: 5.0

A sunset drive
Breeze in my hair
Magneta tinged skies
Oh I wish you were here

Sitting beside me
With your hand in mine
Admiring with me
This mountainous horizon

A back dropp of beauty
In late afternoon
My mind starts to wonder
Will I hold you soon

The mood evokes romance
Throughout my sad soul
When your love is not near
I feel not quite whole

Mountainous horizon
Displays beauty with splendor
Unto you for always
My heart I did tender
