You make me feel helpless and unwanted
You make me feel as though I don’t exist
You make me feel like a nobody
You do not deserve to control me
For this reason I am moving on
Going to take a new path
I’m never going to look back
It’s time for me to live for me

I have found someone new
Someone who cares
Someone who is ten times better than you

You were always there for me
But only when it was convenient
I am cutting my ties, going to be free

I have found happiness again
And you do not belong
For you have only caused pain

Forgetting you has been hard
I had a problem letting others in
Finally I have let down my guard

I am not losing anything
I never meant a thing to you
I was only just a fling
